Led the creative direction for Estiva, a premium real estate development by Keppel and Phu Long, encompassing the master website and three sub-projects: Estiva Charm, Estiva Villa, and Estiva Heights. Established a cohesive digital design system with refined editorial aesthetics, elegant typography, and architectural storytelling—ensuring each development retained a distinct identity within one unified brand experience.
The design combines warm terracotta, ivory, elegant serif typography, architectural imagery, and generous spacing to communicate timeless sophistication.
